How to Zoom - 'Meet  & Greet' (online appointments) cont.

   I will email you back and once we again on a time to meet, I will send you another email from calendly. It will contain all the information you will need to connect on Zoom for our 'Meet & Greet.'

   The email from Calendly to you will contain all the information about our Zoom appointment, including the password. We understand that life happens. Please make sure that the time scheduled for our 'Meet & Greet' on Zoom works for you. If we set aside this time for you and you cannot make this appointment, it is 100% certain we cannot help someone else. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance. If necessary, we will do the same for you.

   To make sure everything is working for you, please be at least 5 minutes early. For myself, 15 minutes early is my preparation for being on time, just in case life happens. 

  Our Zoom appointment will be about 1/2 hr. or more, depending on your questions and the scope of your project. At this scheduled appointment, if we agree to the terms and pricing payment, you will be given instructions onb how to make a direct deposit, which must be received by me, before your project begins. It will be at least 50% up front at the price we negotiate and the balance is to be be paid upon completion, by you, also by direct deposit. This is the easiest, simplest way for you and I to conduct our business. Once fully paid for, I will release to you the files, most likely in the form of  a PDF (portable document format).
